The Fall Savers® Connect Monitor is a portable falls monitor for use with chair mat or as a stand-alone unit.

The supplied cord and clip is held to the front of the monitor by a magnet alarming if a person gets up from a chair - the perfect alternative for when a mat is not a suitable option.

The monitor has a protective cover around the sides to protect it from bumps and knocks, with a nurse call output allowing it to be connected to most systems via the optional Nurse Call Connection Kit, N35039. It has a hold button to temporarily disable or reset the device, or to transfer someone between a bed and a chair.

There is a selectable alarm delay of 0 seconds, 2 seconds or 5 minutes to allow those using the device to move and it can be set with a recordable personalised voice alert of approximately 10 seconds. It has eight selectable alert tones that can be played with, or without, the voice message.

The optional Nurse Call Connection Kit, N35039, includes a 3m Mono Jack Lead and Mono to Stereo adaptor. It is supplied with bed/chair, wall and wheelchair brackets, powered by a 9v alkaline battery (supplied), and has a low battery indicator, or a 9v mains supply (not provided).
